Probably better post something here. Just finished this the other day.
Flipper frame lock.
.140" Ti frame, .150" Elmax blade, bearings.
All stone washed. The blade had heat treat patina still and I thought the tumbler would take it off better. Not an issue for me but next time I'll take it off.

I added a fixture plate to my mill and rearranged everything to fit. I have yet to try it out.

I really like that setup. I have a post vise, and have put it on a wooden stand. However, it's not nearly as stable as this. This is much better, and having a striking plate is huge.

Have you seen Nick Wheeler's videos? I use a lot of his techniques and it seems to work very well. The main thing is just to take your time and don't get in a hurry. I work on several knives at a time all in different stages so when I get bored hand sanding I can go do something else for a while.

I tried an integral bolster. It is slow to mill the relief but I'm happy with the result so far.

Frame had to be clearanced for the 7" drive wheel with a properly mounted motor.

And here it is all resquared up and even a fresh coat of hammered gray paint. The math says 100% ought to give me 6300 sfpm. Idk if that's what will actually run, but I threw a half worn 36 grit zirc belt on it...and boy howdy...does it ever zip off the steel.
