I remember eating that when I was a little kid, fried up. from what I can remember it wasn't bad, with ketchup pf course.
Another old time'y delicacy is scrapple, pan fried till almost burnt, also with ketchup. that stuff's from Amish country.
I think I can make it thru the rest of my life without ever eating either one of these things again.

Same here. Mom fried it in butter with brown sugar and served it with a canned pineapple ring on top.
