I buy dino bone from here:https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.php?option=com_oscommerce&osMod=index&cPath=98_60 Its made from natural materials and acrylic resin, its easy to drill, sand and polish, but you have to worked very carefully, because if you apply to much pressure you can break it(but this is easy to fix, with adhesive). I cut it on a metal band saw with old bi-metal blade(I use old, because this material wear metal cutting tools pretty fast).
