Great knives. I see that many of those appear to be 1/8" or so thick. Do you work mainly in 1/8" thicknesses? I find that I more often than not choose 1/8" unless its a big chopper. I just like the light weight, to me knives do not have to be thick to be strong.
 
A love for beautiful figured wood is what attracted me to knifemaking, Jess. I'm still a newbie, so here's a noob question: Are all those spalted and heavily figured handles stabilized, or do you sometimes go without it?
