Another Wicklow. The handle is reclaimed river birch. The log this wood came from sat under water for over 100 years. It was old enough that it was still axe cut. The rings were over 200 and are very fine. This wood was growing before the US was a country.

Steak Knife Set of Dublin 75's. This is an American hardwood themed set with cherry, maple, walnut and oak handles. This set is a prize in the 2021 Knife Rights Raffle.


Armagh paring knife in AEB-L with dyed curly oak. I love the color of this dye. The wood always turns out great.

These are the three new Donegal sizes (70, 75 and 83). The 70 is in camel bone, the 75 is in Redwood and the 83 is dyed curly maple.
