Can you tell the difference between that grind and a flat grind. Man that is a hoss. I though my 14in was big. WOW

Sorry for the late answer. With this wheel I can make a full shallow hollow grind on thin stock-the grind can be without cheating 1 1/4 inch in height at 0.140 inch stock.

Shown adorned with a ceramic glass flat platen, she occasionally prefers to spin a 10" contact wheel and has been known to accessorize with several small wheels on an attachment arm. Securely mounted to a Harbor Freight machinery stand, she is quite mobile, having a set of dolly wheels added for the days she wishes to escape the confines of the workshop and spin her wheels in the Carolina sun and fresh air. :5:

I recommend Kalamazoo Belt Sander https://mechanicguides.com/best-belt-grinders/ relatively easy, convenient, fairly idle at work, inexpensive and has a good resource in work. The only drawback - it "howls", however, like all grinders.
