Hello to all you guys making knives. My name is Enrique Pena and I'am from Laredo TX and I make slipjoint knives, I have been making knives for three and a half years now and I'am a full time knifemaker. I learned how to make slipjoint knives from a local friend and later Bill Ruple honed my skills and I'am so thankfull to all the people that have helped me along the way. I attend the by anual hammer inns that Johnny Stout and Harvey Dean put togher in central Texas and recently went to the Arizona Knife Collectors Association Show and won the Best Folding Knife award.
