I've started incorporating an optional dangler with my sheaths. When the detachable belt loop is removed, the steel loop falls back and down, allowing the sheath to be worn directly on the belt.

A cool new prototype! This is a Ed Fowler/Bob loveless combo knife that I'm working on. This is just the first Prototype to get my feet wet.(I have a better over head picture that I'll add.)

I'm really happy with how these knives are coming, looking forward to what the year has to bring.

finished my Wilmont LB1000 belt grinder mod. the grinder now uses a 3" drive wheel driven by a 1Hp Leeson 3 phase motor with a top speed of 850rpm at 60Hz. Belt speed at 60Hz is about 650fpm. a belt coolant spray is next

Really like the first one, Would like to see a better pic of the last one. In the short time I have been here I have seen your knives improve, a lot. Ed

That one is pretty cool, I like it. I hope you're open to a suggestion/comment, no offense intended at all. You counter-bored the pivot on one side, but not the other, just curious why? I think the overall look of the knife would be even better is all the hardware was counter-bored to ride more flush. I think I'd also consider either a hidden stop pin or maybe a smaller screw head on the stop pin. Just my 2 cents on what could make it a little slicker, but I really like the look and materials, good job.

I just finished up this little folder over the weekend. I made it to replace the one that I lost a couple months ago. The cellphone pics a pretty terrible but I'll try to get some good shots tonight and post them in the folder forum to give everyone a better look. Let me know what you think.

Yeah, I didn't sink the pivot hole enough, I need to finish that. But no offense taken! In hindsite, I think no sinking would have been best. But I still dig it.

I'm off work painting and doing all kinds of things to get the house ready to sell, but took a few minutes to work on this necker I'm making for myself.

Nice, thats the Finnish Im looking to do. I picked up an 18lb HF shaker what media should I be looking for?

I just tried tumbling my first blade. I bought that same media and used the same shaker I use for cleaning my brass- it's a small 5lb tumbler but plenty big for neck knives. It works great, but it sounds like the apocalypse. I think you are getting better results by hand rolling the blade in the media bottle than I did using the shaker.
