Hey guys I have been a visitor here for a little while and thought I should join! My name is Barry Clodfelter and I have been making knives for about 2 years and haven't even broken the surface of what I really need to know to make good knives. But I do have fun making them!! I have just started forging in the past month or so and that is a whole nother can of worms! Why is this knife making thing so addicting?!?!? Looking forward to being part of this great community!

welcome to KD. you will learn quick here, I have learned in the few weeks I have been here more than i would have thought possible before joining here. if you need help feel free to ask there are a lot of really helpful people here.
