Slick leather bevel tutorial

You will need:

1)vegetable tanned leather
2)leather dye
3)paint brush
4)leather hardener(you can make your own whith mixture of shellack and etanol)
5)carnauba wax
6)buffing mashine

1)sand the leather bevel whit 40 grit sand paper, and after you achive the dezire bevel jump directly to 360 grit.

2)dye the leather bevel

3)after the dye is completly dry, brush leather hardener

4) apply on a clean buffing wheel the carnauba wax and buff

The result is flexyble and slick bevell. Here is one ready sheath:

Nicely done but I think some additional burnishing on the sheath's edges would make alot of difference.Dave:)
