Got to get in some shop time and finished these two up. I posted a couple of crappy pics down in USN Chapters and Get Togethers. Here are some slightly less crappy pics.
The first is a new design for me; I call it the Vector. It fits my idea of a good all round EDC that would fit the bill for outdoors, utility, and self defense.
Specs:
8” OAL
3.5” blade
CPM 154 cm; HT by SAR
Tan G-10 with Black Liners and Corby Fasteners
Tang is slightly tapered
Convex edge
For lack of a better name I’ve just been calling the second one the Zombie Skinner. It is an amalgam of experiments in ergonomics based on my original skinner model. Just for kicks I gave it an asymmetrical grind; 10” wheel on one side, 3” wheel on the other.
Specs:
8” OAL
3.25” blade
CPM 154 cm; HT by SAR
Textured Yellow G-10 with Black Liners, .25” stainless pins and thong hole tubing
Convex edge
I hope you enjoy.
