Mesquite Bowie

Curly desert mesquite handle / 8.5" Blade 13.25" overall / 5160 differental heat treat. Nickel silver hardware. Carved guard and ferrule. Still trying to decide on carving the butt cap???

Hi Bing, You have a really nice knife there. I would carve the butt cap but it's great the way it is.

Nice Bowie Bing. Like Larry said, I would dome the butt capp slightly but it looks good as is.

That is a pretty knife, I also like the domed but cap or a little file work but Im sure it will turn out nice what ever you decide.
