Stunning work, very impressive!
If I'm not infringing on your secret methods:
1) how do you do the scale inlay?
2) how do you cut the thumb nick in the blade?

I don't have any secrets!ha I was just very lucky to have some really good teachers that shared w me!
1) I use a pantograph to cut out my pockets for the shields and can also cut out my shields with it.
2) I'm using a grinding stone on a mill and dress an angle on it w a sine dresser for nail nicks
