If I'm not infringing on your secret methods:
1) how do you do the scale inlay?
2) how do you cut the thumb nick in the blade?

1) I use a pantograph to cut out my pockets for the shields and can also cut out my shields with it.
2) I'm using a grinding stone on a mill and dress an angle on it w a sine dresser for nail nicks
