Most likely. However it's going to be tough to find a time that's agreeable to everyone. A poll of days and times that people like might be helpful. Then pick a time and day that works for most.

I've never setup a poll here myself. So I'm not sure what all is involved. I think Tracy may need to do some behind the scenes work first. But again I'm not sure. I'll help with it if I can.
 
Or you could just forget the committee approach and say " the first trial will be Monday at 5:00 pm, MST." Or whatever. Then, fine tune it from there. At least for the first one, you'll have a voice vote.

That's much simpler. I have a tendency to make things more convoluted than they need to be. Or is that devious?
