Thanks! I’m just having to go super slow, and take my time. The length is challenging me... next year is neck knives, right? Lol

Looks great Kevin. You are correct in long blades can present a challenge at the grinder. It’s going to be awesome.
Neck knives? I was thinking chute knives or a loveless style blade.

Thank you all for the kind comments. I’ve learned so much from all of you and for that I’m very grateful. I snapped another shot today and I thought I’d post it up. Again I’m still a loooooooong way from done. I need to push my grind line up a bit... oh and in the bottom pic there seems to be some buffing compound where the ricasso meets the guard at the bottom. There’s no gap. The end product will not be buffed. I think I may finish everything up with 800.
