It’s been awhile, so I thought I’d post some of my latest work. This is the third Bowie build I’ve done. W-2 with bronze guard, bronze and steel spacers, and Koa handle.

Thanks! I used the same technique that I've used to patina copper- sea salt and ammonia.

Here’s a kitchen set I just finished up. 15n20 steel and some nice curly Koa.

This was a commission piece. Customer asked for something with an “elven” design. Blade is 10” of W-2 steel. Handle is figured walnut with bronze guard and spacer. Sheath is tooled leather with a sharkskin frog.

Latest off the bench. First time working with Magnacut. Handles are Ivory Juma with Box Elder burl bolsters and G10 liners.

Finished up another one. A hunter in AEB-L with figured walnut handle, the guard is 3 pieces, blued steel and carved bronze. This one is for a young man who’s a fan of the Percy Jackson books (hence the trident). Up next will be an appropriate sheath.
