Wow! That looks amazing and I am very grateful to be the recipient of this beautiful piece! Thank you!
Excellent work!My KITH knife is basically finished, other than the sheath, which I should be starting on this weekend. There's a couple things I would have done differently, like make the file work cuts deeper so they didn't wash out so much on final sanding, and maybe not dyed the epoxy black so some of the depth of the file work would show up better. Overall I think it works though.

The blade is 1084, 59-60 HRC. The handle is African Blackwood with nickel silver pins.
I would hot glue a small straight piece of wood below where you want the word. Then rest the stamp up against it.Thanks. I just ordered a set. How do you keep the lettering straight?
Wow, nice idea! Thanks for sharing. (now if only I can remember this in the future when needed....)I would hot glue a small straight piece of wood below...

Glad you like it. May it serve you well.Yesterday I got my KITH from Heikki. Wow! It is a gorgeous knife and I am very proud to own it! Thank you Heikki for the amazing knife. The craftsmanship is excellent! Maybe one day I’ll try my hand at some firework like you did on the spine. It adds a very nice touch! The sheath is also very nice and compliments the knife nicely!
