5+ on using Peter's HT
I send him 4 blades to HT that were almost too late for Christmas Presents. He expidited the work. My two 13c26 paring knives that the edge was really too thin. He did them twice be cause he was not happy with the straightness of the cuting edge. He really pulled my fat outta the fire.
