Heat treat oven

Kilnfrog seems to have the best price after adding all the extras. Anyone else found a better price on the following? ( 07 I know you are on top of all of this :))

How much extra dollars? If you're not storing your Reeces Pieces there it may not matter. It may not even cut the cost from 26 cents to 24 cents....just thinkin' out loud...

don't understand the need for fancy controller. you just need something that can maintain temp +/- 25F. pre-heat would be done in seperate furnace.

$40.oo. I may be wrong but I see it more of a safety issue. Less exterior temperature, less chance of Murphy's law.
 
I think the only real mod i want to get is gonna be the power disconnect on the door. From what I read 2 things about powered up elements. 1) if you open door with power on the elements if you hit an element you run a risk of getting zapped, 2) If the elements are running with the door open the oxygen will shorten the life of the elements. I have their sales literature coming so I can read about all the mods and their purpose.
