Just found this forum today and just had to join up. Here is my history as far as knife making goes. Started out with some kits a couple of years ago and then started buying blades and putting handles on them. Started doing stock removal about a year ago and have ground a lot of junk. I recently traded for some help with grinding from a local mastersmith and that has helped speed up my progress alot. I have gotten pretty good at handle and guard design and finishing. When I finish my own blade and handle I will post some pictures. Sorry about the long winded post but I just love this stuff. Looking forward to hearing from others. Mudboy David Lande.
