Fun sharpness tests...

I use the last test you did with the paper folded over, but not creased. I try to cut ovals out of the paper.
 
There was one chefs knife I wasted a lot of time sharpening. I cut an empty 12 gauge shotgun shell in half with it, without tipping it over. Edge was pretty fragile though, but it was fun to see how far I could take it. I’d never put that kind of an edge onto something for sale, it’s way too weak.
