Here's one I just finished. Forged from a 3" ball bearing 52100. The handle is ironwood. I did a little engraving and file work on the back.

Very cool, I bought several bearings at Batson's this year, Can't wait to try one out. If it turns out a 1/3 as good as this one I'll be happy. Great job.

Love the knife2thumbs
Looks like it could be you best friend in the kitchen, but to say that you did a little file work and engraving on the back is like saying my hair is just a little red:D

Beautiful work 2thumbs

Wow!! That is very nice!!2thumbs

I forged a few out with the Guard like that. It's fun

What a great knife. The engraving is something I've never seen on a forged finish blade. What a show off. I love it.

very, very nice. i love the contrast of the forged finish and the delicate engraving and file work. just my taste.

at first glance it seems very rustic but the rest of the details show how elegant this knife really is.
