Not quite done with this one yet. I got two blades out of the billet.
Bruce Bump, thanks for the tutorial. It looks like a lot of work, but actually it's a lot more work than it looks like.
I also used your file guide for this blade. And, yes, the splitting wedge will weld itself into the billet if you don't cool it often enough!
Stabilized Maidou handle, German Silver fittings.
