Epoxy

No Camp Stories, sorry. Not sure I'd admit to any anyway.:9:

I usually go with the Two Part Loctite Epoxy. However, since having a problem once with Vulcanized Fiber Liners to some "Nightmare(sellers description) Redwood" scales, I've used the Gorilla Glue Epoxy exclusively. No more problems!

I don't sandblast, but I rough up the tang's surface with a diamond bit in a Dremel, and a sharpened pick to score up the handle surface.,
Has worked fine.

I also take pins, put them in my cordless drill and use a needle file to cut grooves into the pins. Gives the epoxy a bit more to "grab" than a smooth pin.:3:
