Mike Carter Well-Known Member Feb 25, 2010 #2 According to the spec sheets spring temper for 440C is 725-900 degrees f. Thats a fairly wide range so I would shhot for the middle.

Sean Cochran Well-Known Member Feb 26, 2010 #5 Yep from everything I can find it is a 9 point drop. You dont see many slippies made from 440c. I use ATS34 or carbon.
