Spent some hours trying to figure out this dang etcher today. Still not satisfied but it's getting there...

Thanks for this thread Steven. Having just joined the forum and waiting to build my first, this was a great primer. Beautiful knifes! Going to go back and make a list of progressive steps in making a complete knife so I don't forget a step and pooch something up. Can't wait for my grinder parts to get here to get it built.
