Picked up the rest of the discs and tags today so this will be a set for one box. While I was picking up some more wood for the boxes I saw this piece of fiddleback and just had to have it for knife handles athough not for this project as they will be ebony.

I got my quotes from the engravers today for the discs and tags that will go on the box, knives and pistol grips.

I have always advocated for buying the quality you need. Some tools are used rarely and can be of handyman quality but for high use tools the best trade quality is a must. Cost is recovered by reliability and longevity
