the jimping is not machine cut. I use a checkering file and cut the jimping as deep as the file will go. You end up with very sharp tips which I flatten with a fine file. For me this is the only way to get it even. (still having troubles sometimes).

The orange keeps on coming back in my knives lately.... Bull Shark M, black linnen micarta grip, orange and black G10 liners, 1.2510 steel selectively hardened, graphite black CeraKote finish and last but not least a hardened pommel. Sheath will follow.
