The Newell .45 cal front loader

That is a beautiful set. Congrats to the new owner as well as Bruce and Ken!!! Wish I could see this set in person but then he would have to spend hours wiping it back down after I drool all over it. :D

Those are great pics, Bruce. I hope they give you even a tiny bit of the satisfaction I'm getting from having watched this whole thing come together.

Oh dont worry Gabe, I've enjoyed every minute of this project. I cant believe how long its taken though. I'm glad you are such a patient man. Thanks for the ride.
Coop is re-shooting the bowie for a montage and will send the set to you when you verify the address with him. My work is officially finished unless you want to add a matching buffalo rifle and a bigger display case. :D

Bruce, your talent never ceases to leave me speechless. This is an absolutely beautifull set. Congratulations on a job well done, and congratulations to Gabe as well.

Here is the final pic just back from Coop.

Just reading it was big adventure... thank you much for this thread - best looking gun what I see!

The reply notification drew me back to this page. Coop's pics just made me relive the whole build, Bruce. What an astonishing piece of work! I'm so honored to get to see this. Thank you for the extra effort put into building this WIP; it's just invaluable to people like me who ... dream.

Bruce,
The knife, hand cannon, build, engraving and pictures are cool beyond words! I think you could sell large frame-able lithographs for hanging in the office or man cave.

Its like a re-union in here again. Thanks Dave and Laurence for the visit.
Laurence, thats a cool ideal. How much should they sell for? I have a friend with a big printer.
I think advanced permission from the photographer may be required.

Bruce, I notice that you have a parrot vise. I do also. What is the padding that you use? It looks like black rubber.

J. I got this thick dense rubber from a gunsmith friend. he got it from a truck driver, apparently they are cut from a truck mud flap. I made another set but that's all the material I had. It works good much better than a softer rubber like horse stall mats.

I don't know the mark ups etc in the poster/Liitho world, but I am sure your friend may have a idea or know how to find out? You want to do a top notch limited run of say 100 pieces that are numbered say 1/100 to 100/100 and then go for the mass market. Also talk with your photographer. That picture in a nice frame would look great to decorate the office of a big knife & gun collector.

I think you have a opportunity here!

Laurence, You got me thinking. Which picture do you think would sell? Maybe 2 or 3 pictures?
