1 -- 149mm edge 35mm tall, Box Elder Burl and Horn

2 -- 158mm edge 38mm tall, Maple Burl and Horn

3 -- 155mm edge 40mm tall, Buckeye Burl and Horn

4 -- 156mm edge, 38mm tall, Buckeye Burl and Horn

5 -- 154mm edge, 36mm tall, Amboyna Burl (with really nice sapwood on the other side) and Horn

6 -- 151mm edge, 37mm tall, Amboyna Burl and Horn

7 -- 149mm edge, 37mm tall, Curly Koa and Horn

8 -- 149mm edge, 37mm tall, Curly Koa and Horn

These are all 52100 with a mustard patina

they've been REALLY popular with chefs
