WIP Cocobolo and 1084

Not sure what you would call this just drew it up and liked it so here is my progress so far. This is only maybe the 4th knife I've tried grinding bevels in. I know i need some work in that area but i'm doing better each time.

suggestion, Chris. Attempt to space your pins more equally on the scales. Your (and everybody's) are drawn to the uneven spacing.

Interesting blade shape. I like the concept and look forward to seeing the final product.

If you keep your focus on improving, you'll see something better every knife. The "next knife" is how we improve. That desire should never stop.

As far as the pins, I would use my caliper and see if I couldn't tuck another pin in immediately to the fore of that center pin. If you get the distances just right it might just look like you intended that all along.

And, yes, indeed, the ability to correct/recover "Oopsies" is a critical skill that also develops with experience at screwing up, which is a normal part of making knives.
