Which US State is best for knife Business?

Dear Friends,

I am the manufacturer of Knife Blades, Hunting Knives, Folding Knives, Swords and Daggers so I would like to register our company in USA. I need your expert opinion that which state is best for the knife business?
 
You are a overseas Mfg. that is looking to start up Mfg. in the USA?

I can tell you that the state of California where I live, make and sell knives is most likely the worst in terms of being over regulated & Taxed!

The southern states or a state like Nevada have better incentives for bigger companies to bring employment to their state and less restrictions overall as far as noise or possible pollutants are concerned.
