Where to etch my mark?

I posted up my rustic bowie on here earlier. I now have a problem. I need to put my makers mark on it but with the forge texture I cant etch it in the same location I normally do. I really dont want to put it on the cutting edge. Where would you suggest I put it? Here is a pic in case you havent seen it.

On the flat of the underside of guard would be a unique place for a unique knife!
