What's your favorite handle material?

Its always interesting to see what people like. My favorite synthetic handle material is micarta while my favorite natural material is wood. So what's your favorite?

I think sanbar stag is the ultimate but on a really hard using knife I like RUBBER

Percy, The cutting competitors almost all use rubber I know. How do you hold it on? What type of glue and fasteners hold it on steel? Full tang scales or one piece? I bought some horse trailer stall mat material and its soft and grippy, now what do I do?
