As far as production knives it would be my Spydercos and Kershaws. Decent knives that don't break the bank.
I like to buy some of them and add to them customizing them a little. Here is an example where I added to a Spyderco Tenacious.
I acid treated all of the metal, added 3D scales then dyed them, then added a blue anodized titanium back spacer with blue screws.I made a snake knot lanyard to top it off.

Neither of my favorite production companies are on this list. My choices would be Hogue and Sandrin knives.
If I had to pick from the list I would say Kershaw.
