Finally came up with the name for my latest slip joint trapper. I think the name fits pretty well. What do you guys think?

Nice. Any specs of the build would be appreciated.

Sorry about that. Specs are on a previous post but the blades and springs are made from O-1. Treated,cryo'd and tempered down to 59 and springs to 45. There is filework on the liners which are stainless as well as the rest of the hardware. The handles are made from stabilized mesquite burl and just for kicks I acid etched the blades and springs to give it some contrast against the stainless liners and bolsters.

Closed= 4 1/4”
Open= 7 3/8”
Blade Thickness= 1/8”
Blade Width= 3/4”

very nice job.. I love the detail and I like that you etched the blade to make the other materials pop ! Nice job !

I think you chose the perfect name for the knife. Very nicely done! ...a folder anyone would love to have.

It is a nice looking knife and the name sounds kind of Mexican or something. Why does it have two blades? It is a question I can't think of an answer to. The only thing I can think of is so the tool lasts twice as long between sharpening.
