I finally have the first run of Titanium folder pivot sets done. The screws are 6AL4V titanium and the barrels are 416 stainless!! 3/16 pivot barrels are dead nuts on. Tolerance on the barrels is .1875 +0/-.0003.
These came out Spectacular!!! The attached photos are of the screws as machined. No polishing or tumbling..
