The journey

Just snapped a picture of one of my recent creations. 1084 steel blade. About 7 1/2" total length. Kydex sheath. I also ran across the very first knife I ever made. I made it when I was about 8 years old in my Dad's shop. For some strange reason my Mom and Dad kept it in their attic along with some of my other toys from back then. Just goes to show I've always had this disease I guess! Let's show some pics of where we have been and where we are now in this journey!!

that is a great first knife- handle if very brick-like. Your latest is pretty sweet I'd say.

I made my first knife last year in April and I just finished up one in D2. I keep my first one around the shop to do odd jobs...seems fitting.

We all start somewhere. My first attempt at making a piece is here and this was only 3 years ago. It is very humbling to remember how far we come.
