tapmatic 30x rubber collet - help

Hello guys,
i wanted a tapmatic for a long time now and finally got one in a trade with a friend, problem is that he didn't have the collets for it, i can't find any on ebay, enco has two sizes made by jacobs but they don't ship to israel ,
does anyone know where i can find them?
