Here is my latest. I found this a little more difficult than I thought. The specs are 1095 steel with a forge finish on the flats. I did clay coat the blade to let me do a smokey hamon. The handles are ebony

Well it down right sucks for digging a foxhole. Honestly I have never used or had one so all I can say is its sharp and I have a very bald arm
