I use Neutralyte on them. I got it from USAKnifemakers a while ago but I'm not seeing it on the website. Supposed to neutralize the electrolyte if I remember correctly. Windex should work well too.
 
I toss my stencils in a very light sonicator-soap solution in a cheapo sonic jewelry cleaner. Clean with the little brush that came with it (looks like a tiny toothbrush for jewelry) or rinse under water with light thumb/finger pressure. Keeps them clean and the mark sharp.

TUSTech in the Boston area is another friendly company.
I did a study of a number of stencils a bunch of years ago on BF. When I was done, IMG was as good as anything else so I stuck with them.

Does anyone know where IMG - Electromark is located? I have used a company in southern California and I have lost my contact info. Don't want to pay for new art work and set-up if I don't have to. The stencils I get from them are green with a gold silk backing. Sure could use the help if anyone knows this company. Thanks,

According to their website they are in Utica, NY. Hope that helps
