Where is everyone getting stencils now?? I bought my original batch from Ernie but as I understand it he's out of business? Can another place duplicate my current Logo?? Thanks!

The lady who answers the phone at IMG-Electromark is extremely helpful and knowledgable. They can do what you want. It is not cheap, and there is an artwork charge the first time so they can format your art to their system.
TUSTech in the Boston area is another friendly company.
I did a study of a number of stencils a bunch of years ago on BF. When I was done, IMG was as good as anything else so I stuck with them.

IMG for me too. The lady I talked to was like a flash back in the Andy Griffin Mayberry day. Refreshing! Took all the time in the world to explain to me about the whole process etc down to the most minute detail. And I didn't have to hit 1 for English.

I've been using TUSTEch for mine. Got a couple of sizes. Keep 'em clean and they last a pretty long time.

Curious what is cost roughly? I want to duplicate art work I have.

Not a clue as to cost - best thing is to call the vendor you're interested in, perhaps send them your art work so they can see it. I've never had anybody do the stencils for me. I've always done them myself.

@Gliden07 You have a CNC laser, don't you? Some folks use laser to cut vinyl stencils to effectively mark blades. That's about all I know about it, but it can be done.

No CNC laser. Think their cool but not in the budget!

Sorry, my bad! I thought you were using one to mark leather, but am obviously confused.

How do you clean your stencils?
I've been spraying Windex on the stencil and then a gentle spray of water until I don't see any gunk in lettering.
I've been using Bo Gropitch for my latest stencils.

I tried Bo's number it has been disconnected. So I decided to call I-Mark. Patricia was very helpful as many have said. Sending me an email. Once it's set up only $12 per sheet of 6 plus shipping. I thought it was pretty resonable. Art charge is a onetime $40 charge. In case anyone wanted to know current prices!
