Stabilized Curly Maple

Thinking about getting this wood and having K&G stabilize it. I don’t know the moisture content though. They recommend 5% or less. Looks like it would make some beauty knife blocks.

Just ask K&G to dry if needed. They charge but not too much.

Spalted Maple is one of my favorites. That is curly and spalted...win/win.

Spalted maple is great, but I've had some really nice spalted oak and beech. Spalting makes plain grain wood look good.

The best part is this is already about 11% moisture
