Spammer and database update

Starting today, we have IP blocks in place on China and Vietnam which is where the bulk of the spam activity has been coming from lately. These are mostly spam bots sending a few PMs on old accounts.

Today I also deleted all accounts with no activity in the last three years. This was over 9,000 accounts, many of them were bogus spammer accounts. If your account was caught in this mass clean up, simply register again.
