Gorgeous knife and wood. Love the details...tapered tang, liners. And yeah, that lumber is totally off the hook!

Jim,
Very nice knife and love the hackberry. Do you have a source for the hackberry? I would be interested in some.

Jim,
I'm gonna put you on my "Bruce Bump" list where I only say "Great Job" once a year so I don't wear out my typing finger.
All your work lately is just exquisite.
Thanks for sharing.

Steve

Looks great !
Is the Hackberry stabilized ? I've had some kickin around for a while but it seemed somewhat soft to me. Maybe I'll throw it into the next stabilizing batch. Nice work.

Thanks fellas, The Hackberry is stabilized and I got it from Craig Stevens studios in alaska, He sells on the fleebay and has some of the best figured/burl wood going today. I have bought several times from him and never disappointed yet and it gets to me in 4 days after the auction, great service.

Hey Steve, To even be mentioned in the same post with Mr. bump is a huge compliment to me, LOL.. Thanks...
