Sog seal pup

I have a SOG Seal pup that I have owned for years, and I was curious about replacing the handle, but from what I've read, it is a 3/4 tang. How difficult would it be to make a better handle?

You could probably build a frame style handle fairly easily out of something like micarta or g10.
