How does everyone store their handle scales and blocks? I’m starting to amass a decent collection and I’d like to keep them somewhat organized.

Here's where I keep mine. I've got 2 drawers for them in my second rolling toolbox. Keeps the dust off and keeps 'em handy.
 
I have mine mostly in big drawers as well but there are many others that are air drying on a side bench
 
Not really sure if "organized" is the correct word.... but I store most of my handle material in an upright steel cabinet......

I also have a couple of large drawers under a bench specifically for stag and ivories.

Stuff that needs cutting sits on open air shelves, curing, until their acclimated enough to saw up. (whenever possible, I like to purchase larger chunks of material, and cut it to best fit my needs.)
