(SBI)Crucible Service Center?

I am wanting to get a couple 5' bars of 154cm in 1/16 x 1.5 and 1/8 x 1.5. Has anyone ever ordered small amounts from a service center, if so how was it priced compared to admirals? I have a local service center here in Charlotte, NC... do they keep anything at these locations or are they just office buildings? I tried calling em, think they are closed for the day so I figured Id get some feedback from you guys before calling em tomorrow. May be a stupid question, but as one of my college professors once told me, "There is no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people..."

The old Dallas branch of Crucible is now SB Specialty Metals. I just ordered a piece of 1/2'' x 2'' x 36'' CPM 154 for 3 Integral I am working on. I had no problems at all. Friendly bunch of people too. I also use Niagara Specialty Metals too.
