that is a Pakistani copy of a Fairbairn-Sykes fighting knife. The FS design is a hallmark of the British military and came into being around 1941.

In the collecting field generally you look for age, rareness and uniqueness, owned by a recognized person of fame, used in a movie, etc. A little research on the internet can provide you a wealth of information about collecting.
