Man thats a lot of work, just built an 8"x3" work bench, and rearanging everything
trying to get it mor useable and keep it cleaner. I'll take pics when finshed, I think I will have a get together with the local knifemakers when I get done. My back hurts
I'm not as young as I used to be,

Bama,
I re-did mine last winter, and into the spring and didn't finish it until the summer, I know all about the back aches! I built 4 work benches, welded frames with plywood tops, 12 foot long for most of them, one is an "L" shaped bench where I put my grinder, it was along haul, but I finally got my side of the shop done, now we need to finish the other side, where the wife likes to call "hers"....it's the wood side, so I can have all the wood working tools on that side, and my forging, grinding and finishing on my side. I'm not looking forward to it either! I'm not as young as I ever was, broke down and tore up from the floor up! But I keep on trudging along some how....mind over matter, or knife over pain, I don't know, I do know that I hurt a lot less in the shop, once I leave the shop it's a different story!! Looking forward to the pics, Rex
